1. WHAT IS GOOGLE GLASS

 Augmented reality head’s up display device which is voice
activated
 Simply defined this is the FUTURE
2. TECHNOLOGIES INVOLVED
2.1 Augmented Reality
2.2 WEARABLE COMPUTING

Future trends e.g. Samsung go
gear
2.3 EYE TAP TECHNOLOGY

Brainchild of Steve Mann
,this technology is one of
the founding principles
of Google Glass
3. GOOGLE GLASS TEARDOWN

 Sensors – head proximity , ambient light , inertial
 MEMS microphone , bone conduction speaker
 Core chips - TI OMAP 4430 , 16 GB flash storage, elpida DRAM
 GSD4E GPS engine, RF module SI rf star IV, bluetooth /wifi
module , UFL connectors
 Single cell LI polymer battery,
4 . WORKING OF GOOGLE GLASS
