On 1 December 2015, the final M-CARE conference was organised in Brussels, Belgium at VLEVA premises. The event “Caring for people with disabilities and older people: challenges, opportunities and (mobile/online) training solutions” focussed on the importance of good quality personal caregiving (PCG) for people with disabilities and older people. Focus was on caring in a broader perspective, and how M-CARE’s (mobile/online) training solutions can contribute to successful PCGs. personalisation and deinstitutionalisation

• Funded by Lifelong Learning Program
• Duration: October 2013 to September 2015
• 14 partners from 8 EU Member States

5. Objectives
• Contribute to fight against housing exclusion of
groups with support needs by improving
cooperation between social services workers and
housing staff;
• Transfer innovative learning outcomes and
training material on housing and integrated
support to tailored training at local level in 7 EU
member states;
• Co-producing these training modules with
citizens to make them identify what services they
need.
