3. Klaus Strudel Haus originated in
the mind of a man that have worked and
travelled in different countries for his
career.
He has a sweet tongue, not the tongue
to sweet talk but more to the dessert
eating tongue.
As time passed, he has tried more than
he can remembered from all the
countries he have visited.
4. There was a small café in Berlin where he patronised
almost every morning and evening. The coffee, pastries
that he favour the most. There he met the café owner and
was given a name by the owner. The name is Klaus.
Particularly the strudels baked by the owner to Klaus. He
realized that each day --- every pastry, and coffee was a
small souvenir reminding him of the time he'd been, the
things he'd done and the people he'd known.
The small little café owner inspired Klaus about life and
experiences. He decided to bring this little inspirations into
a venture.
