Peter Francis, MD, PhD, is the Founder and President of the biotech consulting firm Pacific Ophthalmology Consulting, LLC. Following a distinguished career as a clinician and researcher, Dr. Francis founded his firm to provide consultation on product, device, and drug development, in addition to providing advice on pre-clinical study design for biotech, pharmaceutical, venture capital, and nonprofit sectors. Peter Francis MD received his medical training in the U.K. and his PhD in Genetics from University College, London.
