Days after the deadly PG&E pipeline explosion a PG&E Engineer was in my offices standing next to him is former SFPD Lt. David Oberhoffer who possessed pictures of another fire disaster that locals all know was arson. Knowing the owners for thirty + years I know they wouldn't set the fire but Oberhoffer is a loon, he's dangerous and was inside El Fornio restaurant Walnut Creek while a widow of a BART officer was performing. She never knew but I've dealt with former cop and several investigators following him found me or they were watching me because of him.
