An experienced Project Director and Advisor with over 40 years’ experience, including in all phases of the lifecycle of capital works projects. This experience includes the establishment of Program Management Offices (PMOs) managing more than $8.5 billion in capital works per annum; and authoring Contract Administration, Project Management and/or Procurement Manuals for a number of NSW government and semi-government authorities. Peter has served as Chairman and Member of Expert Review Panels for major NSW state infrastructure projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion.
