I’m going to start with a few slides to give you a high level overview of the big changes in the release… But I know from previous What’s New webinars, that’s it’s important to you to see new features in action, so I will make sure to save time for a demo.

As an evaluator, I want to add other members of my team to try out my sample project. As a support person, I need to create a customer when I’m filling out a bug report or feature request so we can track the issues related to the customer. As an administrator, I want to manage users and customers from the web client because it’s more convenient for me. Back on the road to web parity! The ability to add users has been frequently requested by evaluators using the web client. This is important for Forgot my password Invite new user As a technical support person, I need to specify which customer has requested a feature or reported a bug so we can track their requests. As a technical support person, I need to create a customer when I'm filling out a bug report or feature request so we can track those issues related to the customer. Doesn't include security group creation or editing, but must be able to select security groups.
