Business Challenge
Designing and Administering the Survey:
•PeopleWiz consultants conducted initial diagnosis to determine the objective of the survey. Key stakeholders
were interviewed for identifying the most relevant competencies on which feedback was sought.
•A competency based questionnaire was designed based on the initial diagnosis. The questions were formulated
for easy comprehension and for eliciting response.
•The survey was seamlessly administered online, ensuring an average of 10-15 responses per assessee including
self assessment. Confidentiality of responses and reliability of data was ensured.
•Data Analysis and Reporting:
•In-depth analysis of the data was carried out to gain actionable intelligence from the responses. Individual
reports were generated for all assessees, with detailed insights they can use for development.
•Simple data visualizations were used to present powerful insights to help assessee realize their true strengths
as well as gaps in their perception.
•To identify critical leadership competency gaps, major perception gaps and areas of focus for the organization,
an organization wide detailed report was presented to the top management.

Client Overview
The company was experiencing slow revenue growth over few quarters and a slew of interventions were
planned to accelerate the growth. Leadership Development was identified as a crucial intervention. To
kickstart the development journey, 360 degree assessment feedback was sought for 50 identified senior
managers. With focus on gaining reliable feedback on displayed competencies, PeopleWiz was tasked to
identify critical leadership competencies , design and implement company wide 360 degree assessment.
