Tessie Szetho wants to build a website called First Steps to help artists build their portfolio by allowing people to post artwork requests and artists to submit artwork in response. The requestor would rate submitted artworks and contact the artist if interested in acquiring any artwork. The site would use technologies like Django and cloud hosting to enable easy scaling and a pay-as-you-go model.

1. People who needs artwork will post their requests on First Steps.
2. Artists can respond with artworks as many times as they like.
