Understanding PLA dashboard
To check your PLA dashboard, login to the Paytm Mall seller panel and follow these steps -
Click on PLA Dashboard

The dashboard of your account will appear

Click here to filter these details

Select the Seller name option, enter the seller name, and click on the Apply button
If you want to filter the account details on the basis of Seller Name, follow these steps -
Note- This option is applicable for Brands only

Select the Product Category option, select the categories, and click on the Apply button
If you want to filter the account details on the basis of product category, follow these steps -

Select the Brand option, enter the brand name, and click on the Apply button
If you want to filter the account details on the basis of Brand name, follow these steps -
Note- This option is applicable for individual sellers only

Select the date range for which you want to check details of ad campaigns
and account performance

In the Funnel Metrics section, you can check your
overall account performance for the selected time
period

Here, you can check your account performance
in graphical representation

Here, you can further filter your details on the
basis of Spend, Orders, Ad impressions, GMV,
and ROI

Here, you can further filter your details on the
basis of Orders, Ad clicks, Ad impressions,
GMV, and ROI

Here, you can filter your details on the basis of
time period (Day/Week/Month)

Under the Program Contribution section, you can check the performance of yout PLA campaigns
against the organic sales (sales through non-PLA on Paytm Mall)

Under the Your Campaigns section, you check the details of all your campaigns

Here, you can check the name of the campaign

Here, you can check the status of a campaign - whether it is running or paused
Also, you can run a paused campaign by clicking here

Here, you can check your daily budget for a particular campaign

Here, you can check the total amount spent till date in a particular campaign

Here, you can check the total CPC/ROI achieved till date

Here, you can Sort your campaign according to the status, budget, and creation date of the campaign

This notification shows that you need to make some changes/initiate action in this campaign

This notification shows some important parameters which require action from your end
You can check the same by clicking on View Suggestion

This message shows that you need to update your daily budget
You can update your daily budget by clicking on Edit Daily Budget
Here, you can check the available suggestions -

This message shows that you need to update your list of products
You can update the list of products by clicking on Select more SKUs

The “You’re all set” message shows that you don’t need to make any update in your Bidding Strategy

Here, you can update the budget details, exclusion of products, and bidding rate

Here, you can check the performance of a particular campaign

Here, you can check the performance of a
campaign in graphical representation

Here, you can apply the date range to view the
details of a specific time period

Here, you can see the details of a particular
campaign

To view product-level details, click on the Products tab
Under the Catalog Performance section, you can view the product-level and category-level details of your PLA campaigns

To view category-level details, click on the Categories tab
