2. My failures
• Professional failure
– Precipitation: I worked in a multinational company
and decide to quit after seven years, getting a good
voluntary redundancy plan. But all my friends that
stay n the company have a good position now a days.
– Lesson learned: We don’t have the way to see how
people see us. We can think we are too small until we
drive off a giant without notice. If I am satisfied with
my job, let my boss dismiss me, I don’t want to take
the action anymore.
3. My failures
• Academic failure
– Weak mathematics skills: I tried to study mathematic
in my college, but it was very difficult. I decide to
change the class and get other credit to finish my
course. I love mathematics but discover that my skills
are too shallow.
– Lesson learned: I did not have a better mathematic
foundation, then I change my professional orientation
to financial skills.
4. My failures
• Personal failure
– Trust too much in persons: I had a friend in my job, we
was very close, we use to do a lot of things together. But
it was not healthy. We mixtured our spaces and our wives
had problems, and I discover that he had an opportunity
to indicate me to a job, but he did not recommend me.
When I decided to review our friendship, It was too late
and it was very difficult not break everything.
– Lesson learned: Even in a good friendship, always keep
your space delimited and clear. Some people are too
smart to surf your wave (get what you do, and show as it
was made by him).
