2. Ingredients:
1 kg of flour
40 dkg of powdered sugar
caramel with 10 g of sugar
20 dkg butter
6 large spoons of honey
2 dkg of baking soda
4 eggs
gingerbread spice
5. Preparation:
Make caramel from sugar, add honey and cool it.
Cream the butter with eggs and sugar, add
previously prepared caramel and gingerbread
spice and mixed flour with baking soda.
Knead the dough and let it stand for 3-4 hours in
refrigerator (preferably covered with foil).

thickness of ½ cm and trim gingerbreads.
