Training Strategy
Shall periodically conduct Master Train the Trainer programs
Conduct counselling sessions across the town's thro our network support
(viz.Lions/Rotary club premises)to create awareness amongst the
farmers,dealers towards Organic farming
Shall train the Agri university students who are brought in as interns for various
data collection,field observations,Inventory,Supply chain,market study etc.
Facilitate training programs for distributers,dealers,farmers @TNAU ,local
town premises as per our scheduled training calendar
Register those interested SME in our Train the Trainer Program to reach out to
farming community
Yourself and other tech team shall impart video conferencing to train on
