NORMAN BIRD SANCTUARY
The Norman Bird Sanctuary, situated on 325+
acres, is a land of contrast and diversity.
Positioned along the Atlantic Ocean with
breathtaking views, the habitats include
grassland, forest, ponds, and sandy beach.
Once the summer home of Mabel Norman
Cerio and listed on the National Register of
Historic Places, Paradise Farm, including the
farmhouse and 200 acres, is one of the oldest
intact 18th century farms in the United States.
Mabel's vision opened the land to nature
lovers, allowing them to explore, discover and
observe the beauty of the property.
With its rolling fields divided by beautiful
stone walls and sweeping vista to the Atlantic
Ocean, Norman Bird Sanctuary is the perfect
place to host your special event. Whether a
memorable wedding ceremony or rehearsal
dinner, elegant private party, or corporate
function, the Norman Bird Sanctuary, offers a
unique settings and is the perfect backdrop
for your event.

Surrounded by original stone walls, has been
newly restored to its original glory and is
maintained by local garden clubs and
volunteers. Adjacent to the Paradise
Farmhouse, it is nestled amongst rustic colorful
plantings and overlooks rolling fields to the
Atlantic Ocean. It is the perfect setting for a
wedding ceremony or cocktail reception.

A unique piece of property surrounded on
three sides but original stone walls, back
dropped by Mabel’s Studio and views of
rolling fields and the Atlantic Ocean. It is
intimate in scale while still maintaining
magnificent views.

5. MABEL’S STUDIO
Mabel’s Studio features unbeatable views
overlooking stonewalls, fields & ocean. The
studio was where Mabel Norman Cerio was
inspired to paint. Whether an intimate
wedding ceremony, a small rehearsal dinner
or a business meeting for 40 the studio
provides a special venue for your event.

6. PARADISE FARMHOUSE
Our beautiful newly renovated 18th century farmhouse
offers a unique location for over night retreats of all types,
be it corporate, educational or social. Whether your focus
is on birding, nature, education, health & wellness or art,
we offer four unique ways to experience our farmhouse
retreat. The farmhouse provides overnight
accommodations for groups for 12-16 . Please see the

7. Mabel’s Studio Rental
Looking for the perfect place to host a small event or meeting?
Consider Mabel’s Studio with vaulted ceiling, rustic wide planked floors, massive brick fireplace, and unbeatable
views overlooking stone walls, fields and ocean. Mabel’s studio offers a special and private setting for a small
rehearsal dinner, intimate wedding ceremony, small social gathering or company meeting set among the peaceful
surroundings of the sanctuary. Rates are based on one time use of three hours. 25% is due at the time of booking.
Balance is due 1 week prior to event. * Non-profit rate is provided to organizations with 501(c) 3 status. Site rentals
