2. Responsibilities & Key Result Areas as a Graphic Designer :-
1. Creative Work : Develop new design options of existing as well as new product packs and
size / layout based on the brief given to me from my superior.
2. Co-ordinate the approvals of designs from all concerned as per Artwork Approval Format by
taking comments on the design to be finalized.
3. Recurring / Repeat design work : Based on the purchasing requirements, the designs are to
be provided to the vendor’s through Purchase with all the advised changes and approvals from your
immediate superior.
4. Maintenance of Product Files : Keep the copy of approval design, comments and approvals of
concerned and revision status of designs.
5. Storage of Creative Data like Photo shoots, TPS, Designs & Design Backup Work.
6. Timely Requisition of required inputs related to the designing work- Glossy Paper, CD’s,
Cartridges and maintenance of PC and Software.
Software Knowledge :-
Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign & MS Office.
