• Here I took this long shot so the
audience when looking at the picture can
see the full clothes of what she is
wearing.
• I like this image because I planned this
particular outfit.
• I planned that the shoes would be the
main colour which stood out well against
the black so I could maybe for a
magazine draft match the masthead the
same colour as the shoes. Meaning the
shoes correspond with the masthead
colour, giving a main colour theme of an
almost burgundy colour.
3. Image 2
• Here is an almost long shot but
almost medium shot.
• I asked my model to stand in this
particular position so I could test out
different styles of how I would want
my magazine front cover, contents
page and double page spread to have
the images positioned.
• I could also again here try matching
my masthead designs to the colour of
my models dress so it makes the page
stand out and instantly look more
appealing.
4. Image 3
• This is a long shot of my model in
black and white long dress. I liked this
image in particular because I feel I
could make my magazine fit in
accordance with a specific colour to
make the black and white costume
stand out.
• I asked my model to stand almost in a
position to the side so it looks like she
almost holds attitude and seems my
magazine is going to be focused and
feature pop artists, I feel that this
corresponds well with the pose.
• This could be an image I could also
use on my front page as it looks
appealing.
5. Image 4
• Here I practiced taking a close up
shot of my model .
• I asked my model to wear the red
lipstick in order for me to use this
colour to match the colour of either
my masthead or cover lines to match
the lipstick colour which will have a
effect on the magazine and how it
catches the audiences eye.
• I like how the coat is black and white
and is against a white background
cause it makes the coat seem to be the
most majority of colour on the page.
6. Image 5
• Here is a close up of another of my
model’s wearing celebration dress.
• I like this image because the white
seems to be the brightest colour in the
image.
• I also feel that I could cut the
background out and place the image
against another bright background which
would make the white instantly stand out
more.
• I also like how my model is positioned
because it shows off her feminine curves
and instantly adds beauty to the image
making it look much more professional.
7. Image 6
• Here is also another close up
image of my model but this time
inside against a background.
• I like this image because I feel
that my models hair colour goes
well in correspondence with the
white dress.
• I also again like how my model
is positioned.
8. Image 7
• Here is a long shot of my model.
• I like how she is positioned and think
the colour of the dress will be good for
me to be able to make it stand out on a
magazine front cover.
• I also think that white dress seems to
be the brightest thing in he image
which looks really effective and
appealing to the eye. Whilst also at the
same time looking very professional.
9. Image 8
• Here is a long shot of my model.
• I think that the shoes being black acts well and will
look effective against an appealing background which
will made the shoes stand out.
• The shoes also match the colour of the writing on
my model’s top.
• I could also use the shoe colour of black to match
with my masthead, this will make my magazine have
an unusual theme of black and another colour.
10. Image 9
• Here is a close up image of another
of my models sitting in a
professional image on a shoe chair.
• The red shoes were part of my
costume plan so I could practice
making my masthead match the
same colour, instantly making the
page look more appealing.
