                                       Hrishikesh Mulay and Amita
                                       Mulay, both natives of Vidarbha.

             Training                  Amita Mulay has worked for large
                                       corporate like Fidelity in USA and also
                                       for local start-ups from Nagpur. In
                                       addition, Amita has trained
                                       Engineering, MBA and other
                                       Graduates in the Job Search Process.
                                       She has also trained students in top
                                       Institutions from Bangalore and
                                       Mumbai. Amita is a B.E. Computer
                                       Science from Government Engineering
                                       College, Aurangabad.

Management Team
Amita Mulay – Director Training
•   Amita Mulay is born and educated in Nagpur. She did her engineering from
    Government Engineering College Aurangabad.
•   Her work experience is close to 10 years and she has worked in
    Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Dallas USA and also in Nagpur. She has worked
    for one of the largest financial institutions in the world – Fidelity
    Investments.
•   She returned back to her home town – Nagpur and founded OutShine.
    Before starting OutShine she worked as a Project Manager in Nagpur for
    Mobile Game Development Company.
•   While working in Nagpur she observed a stark contrast between Nagpur
    students and students in metros. She felt that though the students in
    Nagpur are good academically compared to their peers in Pune and
    Mumbai, they lack in essential skills required for getting job and growth in
    the job. With this perspective in mind along she started OutShine.
•   OutShine coaches & trains students in various “Employability Skills”. These
    skills help students in getting good jobs and also in growth in their jobs.

Hrishikesh Mulay – Director Placements and Consulting
• Hrishikesh is an HR Expert with 14+ years of experience with a long
   career stint with Infosys Technologies in the United States of
   America and India.
• His expertise is in the area of Management Consulting and
   Executive Search.
• He has travelled extensively across India and US for strategic
   projects.
• He returned back to his home town, Nagpur and is one of the Co-
   Founders of Outshine.
• As an HR Expert, Hrishikesh has consulted many organizations on
   Career Frameworks and Employee Development. He has
   extensively worked and interacted with Fortune 500 companies in
   US, UK and Australia.
• He has observed career growth of various individuals in different
   functions while defining roles and competencies.

She did her engineering from Government Engineering College Aurangabad. • Her work experience is close to 10 years and she has worked in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Dallas USA and also in Nagpur. She has worked for one of the largest financial institutions in the world – Fidelity Investments. • She returned back to her home town – Nagpur and founded OutShine. Before starting OutShine she worked as a Project Manager in Nagpur for Mobile Game Development Company. • While working in Nagpur she observed a stark contrast between Nagpur students and students in metros. She felt that though the students in Nagpur are good academically compared to their peers in Pune and Mumbai, they lack in essential skills required for getting job and growth in the job.
