Integrity word of the month: Patience
“I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
and in His word I put my hope.”
Psalm 130:5
Dear Preschool Families,
Parent-Teacher conferences were very informative, helpful and enjoyable for us. Thank you for
coming and letting us share in the growth of your child. It was a pleasure meeting with each of you
and getting to know you better. We would like you to know that you are welcome in the classroom
anytime you can come. Please see the Parent Helper calendar in the coatroom and let us know when
you would like to join us.
Every year it seems that the holidays arrive before we are ready for them! We hope you and your
family had a nice Thanksgiving. As we prepare during this Season of Advent our prayer for you is
that you would be filled with the gentle joy, peace and love of Jesus; may Christ be the center of all
our preparations.
FAMILY CHRISTMAS NIGHT
We will be having our annual Family Christmas Night on Tuesday, December 17th for both MWF and
T-TH classes. Please drop your child off in their classroom by 6:15pm the program will begin in the
sanctuary by 6:30 pm. We would like to make this a special night for the children and their families.
They will be doing the Christmas Story, sharing some of the songs they have learned, and serving you
a special snack that they prepared in school. We will conclude the evening with fellowship in the
school cafeteria which is located in the basement.
We can’t wait to share the JOY of Jesus’ Birthwith you and your families.
* * * REMINDER * * *
Please make every effort to have your child arrive to class on time. It is so important for your child as they
are more comfortable knowing what is going on from the start of class. Also please be sure to pick them up on
time. I would like to thank all of your for helping make pick up go well. Please be sure not to drive into the
driveway until you see one of the teachers exit the building. We do not want to block the driveway.
you so much for your cooperation.
Serving the Master Teacher,
Christina L. Scholz
