     operations for clients and employees whilst maintaining the highest level of commitment to
     information security and privacy protection;
   • Continuing to encourage regulators to support the electronic delivery of documents to clients;
   • Reducing or eliminating duplicate distributions or our documentation; and
   • Ensuring that the paper we purchase contains recyclable fibre and/or ensuring that, where available,
     the paper we use is certified to have been harvested from sustainably managed forests.


Water Use
Ormita is committed to:
   • Encouraging the use of reusable water containers and water coolers or tap water in our premises;
   • Encouraging our large suppliers to conserve water by adding criteria for water use to our
     procurement procedures; and
   • Increasing the use of environmentally-friendly cleaning products in our facilities in order to
     reduce the quantity of hazardous substances in wastewater.


Greenhouse Gas Emission
Ormita is committed to:
   • Reducing the greenhouse gas emissions intensity;
   • Promoting the use of alternatives to travel, such as videoconferencing and teleconferencing,
     where possible and making flexible “work from home” arrangements available to employees
     where feasible; and
   • Offsetting the greenhouse gas emissions associated with the production and distribution of

Ormita understands that being green is a commitment not only to others but is an indicator of good
leadership and responsibility. Through product and business practice innovation we have a unique

To ensure that our global citizenship commitment is clear to employees, customers, partners and
suppliers, we have created standards of business conduct in areas of human and labour rights,
environmental health and safety and supply chain SER.

As part of this commitment we not only buy, where possible, recycled and environmentally friendly
products but we hold our suppliers up to the same standards that we ourselves commit to.

Our internal guidelines cover supply chain social and environmental responsibility and a range of
best practices which include supply chain audits, managerial training for suppliers’ staff and workshops
to promote the commercial case for environmentally sustainable business practices.

We also provide access to unique IT tools for representing the chain of products and services from
resource extraction to final product consumption.


Education
In order to spread our message of environmental awareness, Ormita discloses its environmental
activism information through various media, including Environmental and Social Reports, websites,
and newspaper ads, web based linked product and service representation. We also endeavour to
promote dialogue on environmental topics with local communities by sponsoring various events aimed
at changing the way we perceive and utilize assets and materials which would otherwise be disposed of.

Ormita has made great strides in the overall recycling of the materials it uses to perform its business
