· Custom Application- Users from different company could define their Mandatory Minimum Data set questions for
different categories, these questions must be answered and captured before an incident is created
· UI Page- Created a UI Page for reporting Problem trends grouped by state. This report was obtained in an iframe and
thus added to the homepage.
· Workflows- Developed twoworkflows for change management process. These workflows contained: various levels of
approvals based on specific conditions (activities), utilities like run script to override approvals in case of Rollback and
set values utility for different stages of approvals.
· UI Actions- Added a client side confirmation Dialog box to the existing UI Action- Cancel Change.
· Client Script- Developed a catalog client script which dynamically loaded the available values on a slush bucket.
· Business Rule- Developed a business rule to cancel all the related features,release tasks, change requests and their
related change tasks when the Release manager force cancels a Release.
· Execution Plans- Developed three reusable execution plans which were used by 10 catalog items. These execution
plans were complete with approvals and tasks.
· Field Administration- Created validation scripts for validation of various field types like ‘date/time’,Integer etc.
· Contextual Security- Created read, write ACLs on table and field level and delete, create and list edit ACLs on table
level based on specific conditions.
· ScriptInclude1- Developed an on-change client script which would call a script include to check if the problem short
description contains a fewparticular keywords, if yes, an alert would appear to check the knowledge base.
· ScriptInclude2- Created a script Include to show the time left for resolution of an incident when loaded.
· Wizards- Created wizards, panels, variables and defined transitions based on specific conditions. The wizards would be
used to create incidents having different impacts, urgencies, severities based on the answer to the variables.
· I created a number of catalog items respective tasks, variable sets and execution plans,catalog client scripts, catalog ui
policies, record producers etc.
· Catalog Client Script- Developed a client script to dynamically provide the end date-time of maintenance/meetings on
selecting the start date-time using glide Ajax.
· Record Producers-Enhanced the OOBrecord producer to align with the KOHL’S Incident Management process.
UI Macro- Created a UI Macro that would allow users to attach any attachment of their choosing directly to the catalog
item.
