ORASI Consulting Group is a training and development consulting firm specializing in negotiation,
relationship management, consensus building and conflict resolution. Building on negotiation and
dispute resolution approaches developed at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, ORASI
offers negotiation coaching and training, advice on conflict management, dispute resolution systems
design, stakeholder engagement, conflict assessment, mediation and consensus building strategies to a
wide range of organizations in the United States, Peru, and Latin America.
Our Mission
ORASI partners with individuals, groups and organizations to build consensus, resolve conflict, and reach
successful agreements. We help organizations advance their interests, further their agendas, improve
negotiation results, manage better working/business relations, and deal with conflict more effectively by
using assessment, coaching, consulting and training. We work with diverse organizations, ranging from
