ORASI Consulting Group
ORASI Consulting Group is a training and development consulting firm specializing in negotiation,
relationship management, consensus building and conflict resolution. Building on negotiation and
dispute resolution approaches developed at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, ORASI
offers negotiation coaching and training, advice on conflict management, dispute resolution systems
design, stakeholder engagement, conflict assessment, mediation and consensus building strategies to a
wide range of organizations in the United States, Peru, and Latin America.
Our Mission
ORASI partners with individuals, groups and organizations to build consensus, resolve conflict, and reach
successful agreements. We help organizations advance their interests, further their agendas, improve
negotiation results, manage better working/business relations, and deal with conflict more effectively by
using assessment, coaching, consulting and training. We work with diverse organizations, ranging from
small businesses to large corporations, organizations with international workers, companies with
international business, extractive Industries, natural resources, governments and community groups.

tailored effective dispute resolution mechanism for institutions and organizations, and develop

 Cross-Cultural Negotiation, Facilitation and Organizational Development: Understand
how cultural differences affect your negotiations and interactions with others; approach those

cross-cultural competency capacity will help you improve productivity and achieve better
results.
 Consensus Building Facilitation and Stakeholder Engagement: Build upon each other’s
ideas and collective wisdom; implement proven processes to make effective joint decisions.
Negotiate sustainable agreements and foster improved relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Consensus building is crucial to gain support and overcome challenging situations that could
prevent success.
 Mediation and Conflict Resolution: Facilitate shared understanding. Diversity is pervasive;
many times decisions are not made wisely because of miscommunication, lack of shared
understanding, or communication barriers. ORASI can help you overcome challenges with
diverse conflict resolution strategies as a neutral third party, such as language and cultural
issues, difficult situations with partners, employees, other businesses, distributors, providers,
and clients.
 Grievance and Dispute Resolution Systems Design: Design and implement better ways to
deal with concerns and grievances of collaborators and internal or external stakeholders.
 Stakeholder Assessment and Social Audit. Assessments enable clear understanding of the
problem, as well as the concerns and interests of the parties involved. This understanding is
fundamental to develop effective strategies to address the problem or difficulty.
 Conflict Prevention and Crisis Management: Engage them with the right strategies. When
crisis occurs traditional approaches may not work. You will need to engage others in a
collaborative process to obtain sustainable results.
