Het project chat protocol

 U reflecteert op de inleiding in stilte.
o U laat beelden, gevoelens en lichamelijke sensaties in u opkomen.
4. Beelden spiegelen (10 minuten)
 U deelt de beelden, gevoelens en lichamelijke sensaties die bij u opkwamen.
o Zonder tussenkomst van anderen.
o Geen dialogen.
5. Reflectie en opbouwende dialoog (10 minuten)
 U stelt vragen aan andere deelnemers met nieuwsgierigheid en met de bedoeling om te
ondersteunen.
