   What is a situation you’ve experienced
    recently that had you asking questions
    such as
    – Who dropped the ball?
    – When is that department going to do its job
      right?
    – Who’s going to solve the problem?
    – Why don’t I have what I need to do my job?
Personal Example

    – Why isn’t the company slowing down to do
      this the right way?
    – When is the vendor going to step up and
      do its job?
    – Who is responsible for this mess?
    – How am I supposed to get everything done
      without the resources I need?

Responsibility
   Instead of looking for others to solve the
    problem, rather than pointing the finger
    of blame, we should turn the finger back
    toward ourselves and ask the question
    behind the question, because according
    to John Miller, personal accountability is
    about asking the right questions.

   What can I do to develop myself?
   How can I help solve the problem?
   What can I do to understand other
    people’s challenges and frustrations?
