Obtain the willingness letter
Register and obtain the letter of approval from development
commissioner.
After obtaining willingness letter from SEZ developer/ Co- developer for
allocating space Online registration with SEZ Development Commissioner
Submission of Proposal to the Development Commissioner with Five
Copies of Form F along with required documents
Development Commissioner to scrutinize the proposal and call for a
meeting, Proposal Approved or rejected by Approval Committee

If proposal Approved, Letter of Approval (LOA) issued by Development
Commissioner in Form G
Send acceptance letter along with Bond cum Legal Undertaking to
development commissioner, Lease Agreement between the developer &
Entrepreneur (Form H) has to registered with sub registrar.
Submit the final documents to Development Commissioner- Bond cum
legal undertaking, Registered Lease agreement.

If you have any Foreign Technology Agreement please let us know. We
need additional information in such case. (i.e., Technical Collaboration
Agreement, Market Collaboration Agreement etc.,)
Employment in the unit with breakup for Men and Women
Means of Finance for this project/unit (i.e., Equity Capital/Debt/Internal
accruals etc.,)

Nature of services to be provided from proposed unit in detail
Plant & Equipments (i.e., Server, Laptops, Firewalls, routers, etc.,) required
and cost thereof. Out of which how much will be imported and how much
will be procured domestically.
