either white rum or Colombian
aguardiente.

water about 8 days until the
mixture turns into a foamy drink.

4. Paipa cheese is made by the masters
of cheese craft. It has an attractive
colour and a delicious taste.
People from Paipa usually eat this
cheese with traditional hot drinks
such as chocolate , coffee with milk
and agua de panela. They also eat this
cheese as a snack with guava jelly or
arequipe.
