• Total network will grow to 882 driven by optimization
of existing and creation of new Centers
• Prioritize support to municipalities – both existing and
newly created OTG (amalgamated communities)
– establish new Centers in 247 amalgamated communities
according to accessibility map
– build capacity in 45 existing amalgamated communities
and 152 municipalities
• Second priority - support 358 locations without
amalgamated communities today
• Ministries of Economic Development and Regional
Development support letters will be issued to Donor
