I have always thought of you as being resolute. You are a good adjuster and that takes a
character of being fair yet determined in your dealings. I saw that in your relationship
with the franchise as you were determined to make that business venture work.
Also, you are a person that builds friendships and rapport with others. You have a quick
smile and a sharp wit. People like and need those attributes. Success most often depends upon
the relationships with others. Perhaps the most valuable asset we have is the contacts and friends
we have cultivated over the years. You have done well in that regard.
Now are these attributes ones that you do better than anyone else in the world? Perhaps or maybe
