I have over 15 years experience of IT industry. First 3 years, I have developed embedded softwares using C-language mainly. But I feel that I want to challenge "Java & Network" field around 2000. Because these are new fields as everyone at that time, so we are located at same start line. It means that there is no gap of experience. In 2003, I can have an experience related with Project Management. I feel that if I want to succeed in IT industry, I need to get skills about Project Management. It is an important factor for success of project. I get the license of PMP (Project Management Professional) in 2009 for my confidence for this field.
