Our Chef Hervé Gely finely selects only the very best products in order to
always guarantee the highest quality and freshness of every meal.

terrace is a unique dining delight and is shadowed by mulberry trees.

The kitchen of the restaurant is one of a kind in the Var.
Imagine having your own personal lesson, given by our chef, in
Mediterranean and Provencal cuisine.
Share our chef and his team’s hidden secrets and know how while using
only the finest kitchen equipment.
Groups, families, and friends are all welcome to discover and take part in
this fun filled activity.

conditioned rooms, all enjoying a panoramic view of unforgettable
natural beauty.
Prestige Room 12 rooms, 25m², including a loggia and a panoramic view.

9. RESERVATION 2009
CHECK IN - From 03.00 pm
CHECK OUT - Room must be vacated no later than noon after which a surchage may be applicable
Extra bed 25 € / day (under 15 years), over: 50 € / day Half Board: 65 € / day (under 15 years), over 105 € / day

The restaurant is open for all the diner and for lunch: Saturday and Sunday from the 5th of January to the 15th of June and from the 15th
of September to the 20th of December. From the 16th of June to the 14th of September and from the 21st of December to the 4th of January
the restaurant is open every diner and every lunch.
Half Board is a four courses menu (2 starters, 1 main course, 1 desert), without drink.
Full board is all board with lunch (3 courses menu: 1 starter, 1 main course, 1 desert), without drink.
TERME OF RESERVATION: 30 % deposit requested at reservation time
TERME OF CANCELLATION: 30 % of the total for a cancellation
7 days before = 50 % of the total for a cancellation
6 to 4 days before = 70 % of the total for a cancellation
3 to 2 days before = 100 % of the total for a cancellation
At the arrival date
Information: Animals are allowed in the hotel for 20€ per day but not accepted in the restaurant
The hotel equipment (swimming pool, tennis, billiard, Jacuzzi) are only reserved for the hotel guests
