Complex set of relationships between the corporation and its board of directors, management,
shareholders, and other stakeholders. In the recent years, the regulators and legislators have intensified
their focus on how businesses are being run. They are endeavoring to create a template for new
corporate governance and disclosure measures, which is beneficial for both the stakeholders and
controllers.
In light of the above the course seeks to identify and correct deficiencies, enhance strengths and
promote professionalism in managers and administrators by equipping them with Corporate Governance
know. The course also covers litigation and arbitration
Litigation is more frequently giving rise to commercial cases that are regarded as large or complex.
These disputes are time-consuming, expensive for parties to run and consume a large amount of judicial
resources. In this course you will learn how to assist counsel during the discovery, trial and post trial
phases of litigation, the course also looks at arbitration and arbitration procedures that can be employed.
