FAYOL defines management as an act where
it plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and
controls. A science based on such principles or
laws are: Division of Labor, Authority, Discipline
Management Unit, Control Unit, Subordination
of individual interest to the common good:
Remuneration, centralization, hierarchy, order,
Equity, Stability staff Initiative employees.
Team spirit. And be open to dialogue.

3. These principles therefore are malleable and
adapt to any circumstance, time or place. At
present they are applied in organizations.
Peter Drucker also defines: "The
Administration is to guide, direct and control
the efforts of a group of individuals to achieve
a common goal with minimal resources and
effort and with less interference with other
useful activities."

4. Due to this, the administration is
planning, guidance, direction, organization,
development, and control techniques
capable of promoting the efficient
performance of staff to the extent that the
company can create the environment that
allows the people who work in it reach
directly or indirectly related work and
individual goals is.
