causes.
2. Near Death Experience – When somebody about to die has an out of
body experience.
3. Reincarnation-The belief that after death, souls are reborn into a
new body.
4. Resurrection – The belief that after death, the body remains in the
grave until the end of the world when it is raised from the dead.
5. Immortality of the Soul – The idea that the soul lives on after the
death of the body.
6. Abortion – The removal of the foetus from the womb before it can
survive.
7. Euthanasia – The painless killing of someone dying from a painful
disease.
8. Sanctity of Life – The belief that all life is holy and belongs to God.
9. Assisted Suicide – A gentle and easy death.

• Some say that they are due to
hallucinations caused by a chemical
reaction when the brain is being
starved of oxygen – possibly caused
by drugs in the patient.
• Bright lights and tunnels could be
caused by lack of oxygen also.
