7. CCE Corner
Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE)
refers to a system of school based evaluation of a
student that covers all aspects of a student
development.CCE helps in improving student’s
performance by identifying his/her learning
difficulties at regular time intervals right from the
beginning of the academic session and
employingsuitable remedial measures for
enhancing their learning performance.
It measure students on BOTH Scholastic and Co-Scholastic
aspect.

10. Test Schedule & Attendance adherence

Students will be evaluated regularly throughout the year as per the CCE
guideline
There will be 4 formative assessments and 2 summative assessments
FA1-April-May
FA2-July-August
SA1-September
FA3-November
FA4-February
SA2-March
FA’s will be conducted on weekly basis (Monday and Friday’s)
Weightage:FA1+FA2+FA3+FA4=40%, SA1+SA2=60%
* Over and above these assessments there will be more projects, activities,
tasks, day to day observations etc…that will take place which will add
weightage to their scholastic as well as co-scholastic areas.
11. Attendance adherence
S
• Students are expected to be regular to school
and take minimum leaves. Minimum attendance
requirement to qualify for exams is 80%.
• In case of leave, parents are requested to fill the
leave application form given in the students
diary. It is mandatory to fill that form else
student’s leave will be considered
uninformed/unapproved.

13. Our Expectations from you
Attendance and punctuality of students
Ensure that your children dress up well as this will
boost their confidence.
Encourage participation in school activities
Communicate with school…attend PTM’s and other
meetings organized by school regularly
Please look at the school diaries and keep a close
watch on your ward’s progress
Make it a point that your child reads everyday at least
for 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
