•  “to be in effect when the child
   turns 16” means age 15
•  Think About: 15 or 8th Grade
•  The Law tells us what the future must look like
•  Transition services means a coordinated set of
   activities…designed to be within a results-
   oriented process…to facilitate movement
   from school to post-school activities, including
   postsecondary education, vocational
   education, integrated employment,
   continuing and adult education…”
   •    34 C.F.R. 300.43(a)(1)
