Notas do Editor

  1. Nourane Intro
  2. Ibrahim Agenda
  3. Nourane-the purpose of interviewsis for an interviewer to hire someone who will perform well in aparticular job, but beyond that few people fully grasp how interviewsreally work and what makes one candidate stand out more thananother.
  4. Ibrahim
  5. Nourane - True in an ideal world especially in a situation where everyoneknows everyone else, The interviewee has learned how to clearly articulate their skills,Don’t automatically pull out of applying • If you happen to know that you’re the best person for the job, avoid taking the interview for granted
  6. Nourane - In fact, long and overlydetailed answers can drive interviewers to distraction, despite theirtechnical accuracyE7ky enakkontbetnsa we sa3at bet3eed el as2ela
  7. Ibrahima good interviewer are:• They have their questions carefully prepared in advance.• They want to know what you’ve done and how you’ve done it,BadThey let you do most of the talking.• They may want to interview you more than once.• They will try to make you feel at ease.• They are genuinely interested in your accomplishments, skillsand the type of person you are.Rather, take the initiative in as unobtrusive a way as possibleand talk about the things you feel the interviewer might really wantto knowRemind yourself that interviews are just as much aboutrapport-building
  8. Nouranne - I’d love to answer that question, but I need to be honestupfront and say that this is not an area that I’m overly familiarwith, though I’m very interested in increasing my knowledgeabout it.
  9. Ibrahim - A good interviewer will indeed uncoverareas in which you are not strong, but that is a far cry from thinkingthat the interviewer is hell bent on uncovering only your flaws. It is very important to treat every question as an opportunity toexcel rather than being unnecessarily guarded.
  10. Nouranne
  11. NouranneConduct Basic Interview ResearchTo prepare for an interview, find out as much as you can beforehand. Call the person who scheduled your interview and ask:Who will you be talking to? Will you meet the manager you'd work for, or will you just talk to HR? What are the interviewer's expectations? What's the dress code? Dress better than suggested. Most times, it's best to wear a professional suit. You'd be amazed how many candidates show up looking like they're going to class, not presenting a professional demeanor.Get directions to the office. Plan to leave early. Keep a phone number to call if you get stuck on the bus or in traffic. If you arrive late and stressed, the interview will not go well.If you don't have a detailed job description, ask for one. That's a five-minute phone call.Learn About the Company OnlineDo some fast Web research, which will give you something to talk about in addition to the job description. Go to the employer's Web site, or search the Web for information such as:How big is the company in terms of annual sales or employees? What does the company say about its products or services? What recent news (such as a new product, a press release, an interview with the CEO) can you discuss? If the company is public, the boilerplate at the bottom of its press releases will tell you a lot.Basic research should take you about an hour.
  12. IbrahimTo prepare, write down and memorize three achievement stories. Tell about times you've really felt proud of an achievement at work or school. These stories demonstrate all those hard-to-measure qualities like judgment, initiative, teamwork or leadership. Wherever possible, quantify what you've done, e.g., "increased sales by 20 percent," "cut customer call waiting time in half," "streamlined delivery so that most customers had their job done in two days."By the way, nonwork achievement stories are good too; if you volunteer for the local food pantry, write down a time you overcame a big challenge or a crisis there.Achievement stories make you memorable,SCCI is the thing we talk about much in the interview Zaymawaqefazbat fee nafsakMawqefkont fee creative Mawqef fee tema work Mawqef 7aleiut feehmooshkelaMawqefkhadtqarar sa3b Mawqef pressure and how you dealt with it Don’t wait for the interviewer to ask you directly about the story but Use them to backup your answers
  13. IbrahimSuit (solid color - navy or dark grey)Long sleeve shirt (white or coordinated with the suit)Dark socks, conservative leather shoesBeltTieLittle or no jewelryNeat, professional hairstyleLimit the aftershaveNeatly trimmed nailsPortfolio or briefcase
  14. Nourane - Cheap jewelry : such as plastic stuff like that
  15. Nourane - Distraction
  16. Ibrahim - 3ashan maybanshi 3aleikenakmarmy 3aleihom we 7ayatak mafeehash ay shei2 yet3emel

  19. Ibrahim
  20. Nourane - Lean forwards to show you are interested and focused We mesh arfanmenno
  21. Ibrahim - Firm handshake
  22. Nourane - LEAVE THE PAPER ALONEEE !
  23. Ibrahim - LYING AND HIDING
  24. Nourane
  25. Ibrahim - Don’t stare blankly as direction of eyes might sometimes tell you are lying
  26. Nourane
  27. Ibrahim - Questions and research
  28. NouranneAnd take responsibilityZaymslnmooshkela 7asalet ma3 previous employer Aw ay 7ad To show you learn from your mistakes and Self awareness
  29. IbrahimIt’s not the end of the world NLPTalk about the first session
  30. Nourane - Hayzellakzol fazee3 feefeloos we kdaShoghl haysfa7ak we yelabesak
  31. Ibrahim - You get caught And tell how they know by body language and many questions
  32. Nourane
  33. Ibrahim - Focus on what the interviewer wants from job descriptionAnd list your strengths "I'm happily married and originally from Denver," she began. "My husband was transferred here three months ago, and I've been getting us settled in our new home. I'm now ready to go back to work. I've worked in a variety of jobs, usually customer service-related. I'm looking for a company that offers growth opportunities."Scripting Begin by talking about past experiences and acheivementsAnd be SMARTAnd end with a statement with your current situationAnd be specific to meet their needs
  34. Nourane - Use them to make them remember you Try to match them to the job needsWhy repeat , incase they missed it , it is important Try to say it differently And by storiesssFor example , interacting with accounting and engineers and workersTherefore the ability to interface with a diverse group of people
  35. Ibrahim - Talk about the promotions part I’d like to be doing what I’m doing now—that is, enjoyingmy work, working hard and contributing to the best of myabilities. Of course, I’d expect that in five years time my addedexperience would hold me in good stead for greaterresponsibilities, which is something I look forward to takingon when the time comes. The most important thing, however,is to be happy, productive and a valued member of the team.Emphasizing making contribution to the company
  36. Nouranne - This is a tough question because it's a more clever and subtle way to get you to admit to a weakness. You can't dodge it by pretending you've never been criticized. Everybody has been. Yet it can be quite damaging to start admitting potential faults and failures that you'd just as soon leave buried.Talk about great feedback you have had first in shortThen tell a story of a negative one that helped you become betterAnd now you have experience and emphasize on wanting to learn to improve
  37. Ibrahim
  38. Nouranne
  39. IbrahimDon’t ask for the result ask it in another way say thanks for the interview and express your hope you'll hear from them—whatever the outcome—soon. Whatever you do, try to match your method to your interviewer's most preferred method, interviewer are on the same page and that there's no additional information they need from youYour follow-up should include a reaffirmation of your interest in the position, and your clear belief that you're still the best person for the job and could thrive at their workplace. Even if they've already made a decision, sometimes other candidates decline offers or seek other opportunities, leaving an otherwise busy interviewer facing the prospect of interviewing more people or debating if someone they've already spoken to is still on the market.Asking for feedback by email , and may be in the phone if they call to say And how to improve your weak areas But don’t argue the points
