I am writing to express my interest and motivation to get intemstrip opportunity as an industrial tainee in
engineering function in your company. I have just completed my 5 semesters of Manufacturing Engineering
progftunme in National University of Malaysia (UKM).
Druing these two and a half ycms, I have lcarned a wide rang€ of engiuecring €ourres foeusing broadly in
materials and manufacturing process in industies. I also have utilized various skills in engineering softwme
such as AutoCad, Inventor and Mastercam for completing my Integrated Projects (IP) during every
semester. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that these courses have provided and I found myself
totally immersed in most of the engineering course culminating in part design, manufacturing process and
product analysis.
As a studelrt with full of passion for learning and trying new things, I have joined the Perodua Eco
Challenge ("EC) in my fourth semester as one of the team mbmbers. This project required a great deal of
organization along with stong team work skills to produce a car with an engine given. Throughout the PEC
aqiect, I have gained many precious experiences and skills iu dealiBe with hi€bq l,evel qsga4i-z4tioes,
anapsing engineering problems and hands on part to ensure the excellence motion of our team's car.
Iryffihlghly interested in this trainee programmc provided by your company because I wmt to get exposed to
practical experiences experienced by engineers in manufacturing industry. I want to apply at most the
theoretical knowledge that I have been studyrng in lectures for these years in real life, so that I can utilize
my technical and interpersonal skills in the field of manufacturing engineering. Nonetheless, I also want to
be a good learner and always precise in keep on updating my knowledge in engineering field.
I am fairly confident that I witl be completely proactive, open minded and brilliant member to your team,
