 Doing various reactions like Hydrogenation, Grignard reaction, Cyanide reaction,
Hydrolysis, Chlorination, Bromination, Crystallizations, esterfication & reduction
by reducing agent.
 To prepare SOP, log sheet for Plant, mass balance and process up gradation and
check P & I Diagrams as per process.
 Scale of batch set off in plant monitor and ensuring commercials plant.
 Maximizing utilization of indigenous raw materials and imports substitution.
 Development of safety & environment conservation methods and minimizing
water, air & soil pollution.
 Process and product development for existing & new products.
 Commercialization and up gradation of indigenous and foreign technologies.
 Replacement of solvents.
 Optimizing parameters for technical processes as well as their formulations for the
cost reduction and quality standardization.
 Capacity assessment and enhancement.
 Doing new trial batch at pilot Plant, Which is PLC system.
 Supervising individual section during shift with adherence of SOP. Making
significant contribution in team activities like RMC control, internal customer
satisfaction, awareness and maintaining of ISO system.
 Responsible for documentation related to P & D department.
 Ensuring safety of process plant and personal under work area, achieving target
