– Feasibility study
– Adoption of noncontiguous cluster ordinance
– Overhaul of existing noncontiguous cluster ordinance
• $5,000 match required ($2,500 can be in-kind)
• All New Jersey municipalities are eligible
• Counties may apply on behalf of multiple
municipalities
• Deadline: February 28, 2014
