Do you know what you are actually eating? What is more important than what you put in your body? Unhealthy, “fake” food is cheaper, and higher in calories. Despite their willingness to splurge in other areas, Americans seem too look for quantity, rather than quality, in their food.
The aroma of food can be responsible for as much as 90% of its flavor “Flavor” is primarily the smell of gases being released by the chemicals you have put in your mouth.
