The NGO Delegation to the Board of the United Nations Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) comprises of 10 civil society representatives whose mission is to ensure that the priorities and interests of affected people, constituencies and communities are considered in UNAIDS decisions and policies and to enhance the transparency and accountability of relevant UNAIDS decision-making and policy-setting.
