4. Abhimanyu Singh is the General Counsel of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in India. In his current role, Abhimanyu is
responsible for providing legal advice across all business groups within the bank. Prior to this role, Abhimanyu worked as an
Associate with Sidley Austin LLP, New York in their Capital Markets Group where he handled various matters including
derivatives, MTN programs, public offerings etc. He has also worked with Morgan Stanley, New York in their Institutional Equity
& Prime Brokerage Divisions Abhimanyu is a regular speaker at various industry & also takes guest lectures at a law school in
India. He has a LLM degree specializing in Corporate Laws from NYU School of Law.
Ashok K. Barimar is with Jet Airways since June 1999 & is currently the VP (Legal) & Counsel. Presently handling
documentation, litigation, Intellectual property matters & special tasks. Participated as a member of the core group during the
acquisition of another airline company & also during the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of jet Airways. Barimar ensured legal &
procedural compliance in starting international operations & of setting - up of overseas offices on that regard. He also
spearheaded the litigation / arbitration matter on behalf of the Company in the acquisition of another airline Barimar has
previously has previously worked with many firms like Indian Telephone Industries Ltd, IDL Chemicals Ltd, Shriram Refrigeration
Industries Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd, Hinduja Group & Satyam Computer Services Ltd.
Having practiced as an advocate for about 3 years, Sri A. K. Srivastava joined the Legal Department of MMTC Ltd in 1978 &
thereafter moved to ONGC Ltd in the year 1995. At present, he is the GGM & Chief Legal Services in ONGC Ltd. He has wide
ranging experience in handling commercial & service matters.
As Head (South-Asia) & Counsel with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Ankit is actively involved with the
promotion of SIAC in the South-Asia & assists in case administration & undertakes research on comparative laws of arbitration
in Asia. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIARB) & the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association
(SCCA). Ankit is a qualified lawyer from India, called to the Indian Bar in August 2004. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce
& Bachelor of Laws degrees in 2001 & 2004 respectively from Panjab University in India. After being called to the bar he
worked for four years in the Dispute Resolution & Commercial Litigation teams of two law firms in New Delhi, India. Prior to
joining SIAC, Ankit obtained his LLM International Business Law from the Faculty of Law ,National University of Singapore in
2009.
Gopalakrishnan is a dynamic & result oriented legal professional with 3 decades of experience in lagal areas encompassing

for purpose of SEBI related issues of the debt related programmer of Tata finance. Bhargesh joined Kotak Mahindra Prime
Limited, a joint venture of Kotak Mahindra Finance & Ford Credit, USA in 1999 as Associate VP & was involved in setting up the
legal department of the Company. In 2002, when Kotak Mahindra Finance was granted an in-principle license to convert into a
scheduled commercial bank, Bhargesh joined the project team conversion & was responsible for the legal issues in setting up of
the bank. Bhargesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai & a Law Degree from University of Calcutta.
Debolina Partap is the Associate VP & Head Legal for the Wockhardt group in India. Wockhardt is the India’s largest
pharmaceutical, biotech & healthcare provider, all combined. In her current assignment, Debolina Partap is responsible for
driving the legal corporate governance & compliance system in Wockhardt group across geographical locations in India &
strengthening the International presence. Debolina Partap has been in the legal compliance system, legal solutions
management & brands safety & development. Debolina partap is a Gold Medalist in LLM from Mumbai University. She is an
active member of the OPPI & CII(Pharma Unit) and a speaker in various forums. She is a member of the Legal committee of the

Deepak Acharya is the General Counsel &Director of Procter & Gamble in India. Acharya has over 19 years of experience in the
FMCG sector. He is a Law graduate from the Government Law College, Mumbai, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India & an Associate Member of the All India Management Association. Acharya is member of the Executive
Committee of the Indian Soaps & Toiletries Makers Association (ISTMA); Member of the National working groups of CII on
FMCG, I Legal Services & IP Owners. He is also member of the FMCG Committee, Corporate Law Committee & the Brand
Protection Committee of the Federation of India Chamber of Commerce in India & member of the Secretarial Standards Board
of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Gagan is an Executive Director with KPMG forensic practice in India & has an experience of over 15 years in this space. Gagan
has led a large number of dispute resolution engagements including loss of profit computations, quantification of damages &
claims. He has worked on various engagements in the Indian subcontinent, Europe & Middle East & has also concluded a two
years rotation with our practice in New York. As part of the forensic team he has conducted various fraud investigations &
fraud risk assessments across various industry sectors.
Indranil Choudhury Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Indranil Choudhury is co-founder & CEO of Lexplosion. Indranil has over
17 years of diverse work experience. He has worked as a lawyer both for in-houes legal functions as well as law firms. Before
co-founding Lexplosion, Indranil was Head of Operations & Site Leader for Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services)

Revenue courts. Independently handled cases of various banks & reputed clients. Anand was a Law Officer in Punjab National

Kim Kit Ow was appointed as the Asian regional director for the ICC International Court of Arbitration & ICC Dispute
Resolution Services in December 2009. Ow is a qualified lawyer with a background in international commercial arbitration,
international investment law, commercial & civil litigation, public & private international law, as well as banking, finance & wealth
management. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore & was called to the Singapore Bar.
Ow has years of experience both as a practising lawyer & as an in-counsel. Although based in Singapore, Ow is responsible for
promoting ICC’s dispute resolution services throughout South & East Asia & Australasia. Ow is fluent in both English & Chinese.
