5. My Contribution –MKSP Project
• MKSP Case Study- Study the model of a small
vegetable shop that was run by a WFG in a small village.
• Traditional Agricultural Practices Research-Can they
be used by the local farmers ?
• Linking Farmers with technology-Mobile, messages,
Apps, Television
• Administrative work- Coordinating with NABARD
6. FINDINGS
• NGO people are very dedicated towards their work
• Involved in all focus points through which they can benefit the
village community (Stakeholders).
• Every project focuses on empowerment of village community
especially the women
SUGGESTIONS
• Standardised Reporting Procedure.
• Proper tracking of loans given to the SHGs.
• Field visits should be undertaken by the senior programme leaders.
• Technological Training.
7. PERSONAL LEARNING
Management Perspective
• Plans need to be modified according to a specific area for its successful execution.
• Target group not aware of the Govt. Schemes.
• SHG concept-Financial Inclusion
• The SHGs can be linked with the upcoming Payment banks.
Individual Perspective
• For any Plan to be employed properly the psychology of people must be aligned to it.
• First time experience of conducting a field survey.
• Experience of working closing with government officials
• Cast system is still dominant in the villages.
