Team Story 1
Organization ABC decided to adapt Scrum and
reorganize their teams. The top management
worked hard to create scrum teams. You are scrum
master for “look ahead” team. This team has mostly
experienced people. The backlog is not yet ready for
the team and they are not interested in completing
the work at hand. Management is working on the
role clarity in the new environment. Team members
spend a lot of time thinking about their retention,
they resisting the change and unfocused on goal.
What is the problem?
How would you handle this situation?
