The term business relations refers to the connections formed
between various stakeholders in the business environment,
including relations between employers and employees,
employers and business partners, and all the companies with
which a company is associated
What is meant by Business Relationship?
The stronger the bonds
between you and your
teammates, as well as your
customers you work for – the
stronger the results.
• Business is a vehicle to help other
human beings.
• You only need to dedicate each day to
expressing your absolute best and
making a fantastic difference in other
human lives.
• You need to be constant by watering
people and your connections with
them.
• Law of reciprocity in Office:
It states that when someone does something
nice for you, you will have a deep-rooted
psychological urge to do something nice in
return.
• But before someone will lend you a hand you
must touch their heart.
• It creates Positive example of Leadership
Good relationships give you a Good company. Extraordinary
relationships give you an extraordinary company.
Liker gardener, Leaders without a Title grow the people. Its all
about seeing the best in people and creating culture where they
can bloom.
For understanding this concept. Remember the Acronym
HUMAN. To be human, To understand human and listen to
humans.

•It means always do more
than you are paid to.
•Don’t take your customers
for granted whether they
are in large number or
smaller ones.
Four types of Hunger in every Human
Being Deep within:
1. To know that they are expanding their
potential and growing.
2. To know that they are making a
difference in a world.
3. To aware that we don’t feel regret at
the times of death that we have lived in
vain.
4. To be understood by others. Someone’s
taking the times to listen them.
Understanding
• Speak less and listen more.
• People open themselves and
feel honored when they feel
that someone is listening their
opinions and ideas.
• Deep Listening is one of the
rarest and bravest of all the
central acts of real leadership.
In Traditional model who
who talk the most, speaks
the loudest and listens at
least were considered as
Leader. But this model is
now outdated and
obsolete.
It takes a brave person
to turn down the
noise of their so they
can turn up the
volume of listening.

suppliers and other stakeholders connecting

• Have Lunch with your customers.
• Ask them what worries are keeping them at
night and how they are feeling during the
