DENMARK
Denmark is the smallest and southrnmost scandinavia. It is located north of germany, the only state with wich bordered on the south-western sweden and southern norway. The capital is copenhagen
 
Denmark is scandinavia but not in scandinavia. He is a member-in-chief of the united kingdom of scandinavia (danmarks rige) wich also includes the faroes islands and greenland
 
Denmark borders both the baltic sea and on the north sea. The contry consist of a large peninsula, jutland, wich borders northengermany, plus a considerable number of islands, including  Sjælland, Fyn, Falster,  Lolland, Vendsyssel-Thy and Bornholm as well as hundreds smaller islets which sometimes is referred to as the Danish archipelago. Historically, Denmark has long controlled access to the Baltic Sea, and these waters are also known, in fact, as the Danish straits.
 
Denmark borders both the Baltic Sea and on the North Sea. The country consists of a large peninsula, Jutland, which borders northern Germany, plus a considerable number of islands, including  Sjælland, Fyn, Falster, Lolland, Vendsyssel-Thy and Bornholm  as well as hundreds smaller islets which sometimes is referred to as the Danish archipelago. Historically, Denmark has long controlled access to the Baltic Sea, and these waters are also known, in fact, as the Danish straits.
 
From 1 January 1973 EU Member State. The two territories of Greenland and the Faeroe Islands, although part of the Kingdom of Denmark, enjoy great autonomy and are governed by different laws according to a particular federal system. Are not part of the European Union.
 
Since the second half of the twentieth century, the Danish company has been partially characterized by the adoption of so-called Scandinavian social model based on the widespread deployment of public services. According to a study published by UNESCO, Denmark can boast the title of "happiest country" of Earth.
