2. When I had put together my mock up plan and final
piece, both times I directly showed members of my media
class and friends on what they thought which enabled
me to adjust and change some aspects of my magazine.
The colour and font used in my magazine has a lot of
‘pop’ creating a direct gaze for my target audience. The
use of chatty language and slang makes the magazines
informal which stereotypically conforms to what teens
want.
The artist used on the front cover is also young therefore
helps the appeal to the audience, whereas if it were an
older artist it would put the target audience off.
3. My use of convergence for my magazine is
widely spread amongst many social networking
sites which are popular among my target
audience. Following the magazines account
makes the experience more interactive for the
audience, whereas if it were left to just being
sold in the local off licence, not many people
would know what its about leading a decline in
readers.
