 What is ETTV ?
 What is RETV ?
 Why We Need to Calculate ?
 Architect Mechanical Engineer
???
ETTV/RETV value
 ETTV = Envelop Thermal Transfer Value
Commercial /Institutional Building such as
 Office
 Hotel
 Retail Mall,
 Factory
ETTV value = 50 W/M2
 RETV = Residential Envelop Thermal Transfer Value
All Residential Building having GFA 2000 m2 shall
comply with RETV value of 25 W/M2
Quick Glance on ETTV calculation
