• All the Vasavi Clubs which fulfill the following
9 points programme are eligible for the 100%
Efficiency Club Award.
• 1. All the CMRs (Club Monthly Reports) from
January 2012 to December 2012 should be
received in time by VCI (before 10th of every
month).

3. Vasavi Clubs International
100% EFFICIENCY CLUB AWARD
• 2. Annual subscription should be
paid on/or before 31st January,
2012.
• 3. Completion of Zone Chairperson,
Deputy Governor and Governor
Official Visits in time.

4. Vasavi Clubs International
100% EFFICIENCY CLUB AWARD
• 4. a. Extension of a minimum of 1
Vasavi Clubs and mobilising 10
KCGFs by rural clubs.
or
• b. Extension of a minimum of 2
vasavi clubs and mobilisation 15
KCGFs by Urban Club

100% EFFICIENCY CLUB AWARD
• 5. President, General Secretary and Treasurer
of their club must attend OBTS, Zone Meet,
Region Meet, Zone Social, Regional
Conference, District Conference and
International Convention apart from Cabinet
Meetings by president and general secretary
of there club.
• 6. Organise all the projects under programme
of the year Swarnagiri.

• 7. Organise atleast 2 International Officers
visits to the club during the year.
• 8. Organise Dawn to Dusk programme.
• 9. Adopt one village and conduct the service
projects in that village.
• Note: The clubs will be given 100% Efficiency
Award at the Awards Function of Vasavi
• Clubs International, being held in the month
of February, 2013.

7. Vasavi Clubs International
100% EFFICIENCY CLUB AWARD
• 7. Organise atleast 2 International Officers
visits to the club during the year.
