17. WNC Recovery to Career:
A Collective Impact Ecosystem
• Community Need: Residents recovering from substance
use disorder need access to behavioral and mental health
providers, wraparound services, employability skills and
training to secure and retain employment.
• Solution: Land of Sky & Southwestern Commission are
spearheading a program centered around building
collaboration and resource sharing with organizations
across 11 ARC counties, resulting in stream-lined
coordination of services and effective leveraging
of resources to those served by the recovery-to-work
ecosystem.
