The invited panels come from different backgrounds to discuss on how to encourage women engineers to join the field of engineering; initiatives that are needed to sustain women engineers in their career; and providing help and support in managing community perception and expectation, while building a holistic support system that includes family, company, and colleagues to ensure work-life balance (it shouldn’t be a zero sum game).
